摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the driving problem of Coriolis mass flowmeter, the driving methods of analog,semi-digital, and all-digital are compared and achieved. For Micromotion-CNG050 type Coriolis mass flow sensors, a secondary instrument is developed with DSP, to achieve the driving experiments. The problems in driving respectively is analyzed based on digital signal synthesis with digital devices. The experimental results show that the performance of them is improved gradually.
