摘要

Abstract

Precision seeding system with automatic reseeding is designed considering various loss seeding problems of mechanical precision machines. When photo-sensors detect loss seeding in the master seeder unit, CCU drives stepper motor to push the baffle board keeping a seed in the seeding tube of the slave unit for reseeding. At the same time, another seed can be drained in the seeding tube to reseed timely and accurately. Tests show that success rate exceeds 90%, and the planting distance qualified index exceeds 60%, indicating that the system practices reseeding precisely and effectively.
