荞麦皮色素提取工艺优化研究
Study on Extraction of Pigment from Buckwheat Hull
摘要
Abstract
Alcohol solvent was used to extract pigment from local buckwheat hull. Single and orthogonal test results showed that temperature had the greatest effect on the extraction amount of pigment, and then alcohol concentration and ratios of material to solvent. The optimum conditions were: 65 ％ alcohol concentration, 1: 50 ratios of material to solvent, 80 ℃ and 3 h. Under these conditions the pigment extraction rate achieved 6.71％ 。关键词
