摘要

Abstract

Underpinning joints of RC columns bear complicated flexure-shear effect in shift engineering. The loading process was divided into pre-cracking and post-cracking segments of new to old concrete interface. The mechanical properties of the interface in different stages under flexure-shear were analyzed based on the plane section assumption by using formula of adhesive strength behavior of new and old concrete. The analysis was compared with test results. According to the comparison, it was found that the mechanical properties are closely related with concrete strength grade of the column, the support span, and the sectional characteristic. Also, the design method of bearing capacity of the new to old concrete interface of underpinning joints considering different loading stages is more pertinent and reasonable than traditional design method in practical projects.
