Abstract
By the chance of building national grade experimental demonstration teaching center according to ministry of education' s “quality engineering” program, the direction of “taking elite education, and cultivating elite talent” proposed by academician Ou Jinping, and supported by the national grade superior subjects both civil engineering and hydraulic engineering to carry out education reform. Civil and Hydraulic Engineering Experimental Teaching Center of Dalian university of technology takes first to offer a course of civil and hydraulic engineering frontier experiment orienting to the freshmen. This paper introduces details for purpose and signification of setting this course, document and form for teaching, course designing, content and practicing effect. After operated, it gets a good opinion from students. The enthusiasm for innovative practice is well stimulated.关键词
