Advancement of Zinc Finger Nuclease Technique
摘要
Abstract
Recombinant Zinc finger nuclease (ZFN), which is a fusion protein that contains domains of zinc finger protein and cleavage domain of FokI endonuclease, is designed to cut DNA at specific sequences and occur a double-strand break (DSB), the ZFN technique improves efficiency of gene targeting process of replacing and modifying gene based on homologous recombination, and provides a powerful platform for transgenic and gene therapy research. This review summarizes its research status,application, and prospects development of ZFN technique.关键词
