舍饲肉用绵羊同期发情试验
Oestrus Experiment at the Same Period of Shed-Feed Sheep
摘要
Abstract
In this experiment, four breeding ewes of 450 , 1.5 ～ 3 years old, health, medium above degree of fatness were chose at Breeding Sheep Farm, Animal Science and Technology Demonstration Garden in Shenmu county. They were randomly divided into three groups as their pure Suffolk sheep and their binary hybrid mutton Sahan, Taoxi, Dexi. Test Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ groups were respectively used with PG, vaginal bolt ＋ FSH and vagina bolt ＋ PMSG treatment, the 96h observation results show that during the same period, in groupⅠ , the estrus rates of four breeds were respectively: Suffolk sheep was 58.3％,Dexi 52.9 ％, Sahan 63.3％, Taoxi 57.5％; group Ⅱ: Suffolk sheep 71.9％, Dexi 78.1％, Sahan 9,Taoxi 82.1％; groupⅢ : Suffolk sheep 85.7％, Dexi 81.8％, Sahan 87. 1％, Taoxi 81.6％. Estrus rates of treated ewes in Test group Ⅱ , Ⅲ were significantly higher than test group Ⅰ ( P＜0.05), group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ showed no significant difference ( P ＞0.05). Sahan sheep showed its highest Estrous rate in these four breeds during the same period. Fertility rates of three treated ewes are not significantly different ( P＞0.05).关键词
