Abstract
The genetic relationship was analyzed among Xiangxi yellow cattle and other cattles. The eight microsatellite markers were used for analyzing the genetic diversity of Xiangxi yellow cattle. Altogether, there were some alleles (57-72). The average polymorphie information content ranged from 0. 8547 to 0. 9024. The average heterozygosity ranged from 0. 8867 to 0. 9248. There were the special alleles and the allelic deletion. Nei's tree was completed through analysis of genetic distance. In the tree,the Xiangxi yellow cattle and domestic others breeds were grouped together. And the Xiangxi yellow cattle had its own branch.关键词
