数控机床主轴刀柄锥配合结合部动力学建模
Dynamics model for the conical joint of spindle and tool holder on NC machine tools
摘要
Abstract
Existing dynamic modeling methods used in spindles and tool holders were analyzed. According to the concept of stiffness impact factor, a dynamic model of conical joint was established based on the mutual inverse characteristic of the structural dynamic matrix and frequency response function matrix, the parameters of joints were identified. Experiments show that the error between calculated natureal frequency of the model and modal test measured is about 10%. The model eatable wished was proved to be effective.关键词
