广西公共传媒农村信息服务现状及发展策略
Current status of mass media in serving information for rural area in Guangxi and countermeasures for its development
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The present paper analyzes the type, pattern and existing problems of mass media in serving information for rural area in Guangxi in order to provide countermeasures for improving the level of rural information service.[Method]The type, pattern, content and user amount of telecommunication, broadcast, television, agricultural website,newspaper and magazine have been investigated by consulting related literatures and websites. [Result ]The mass media including telecommunication, broadcast, television, agricultural website, newspaper and magazine have played an important role in serving informaion for rural area. However, some problems still exist including limited short message content, failure in affordance to the fee of short message for some farmers, low utilization rate of agricultural websites, low quality of expert hotline, short broadcast time and difficulty in obtaining information from broadcast and television. [Suggestion]In order to promote the development of mass media in serving information for rural area, some suggestions, viz., strengthening the development of new mass media, application of the technologies including remote sensing (RS), geographical information system (GIS), global positioning system (GPS) and the internet of things, integration of characteristic agricultural resources, construction of web portal and open access platform for Guangxi newspaper and journal, enhancing construction of talent troops of agricultural information technology, co-ordination and communications amongst service providers, local agencies and the government, and the involvement of scientific research institutes and universities, etc., have been put forward.关键词
