Abstract
In this paper, clinical characteristics and nursing of continuous high fever for children patients with cardiac dysfunction undergoing operation under extracorporeal circulation were analyzed and discussed.Major causes of continuous high fever included the rotation of machine, blood cooling and rewarming, dysfunction of thermoregulation center by general anesthesia and clinical characteristics were early appearance, poor effect of single treatment and with complications.Measures including monitoring temperature closely, taking various methods of cooling and wanning and strengthening cardiac function were taken to prevent continuous high fever.76 out of 78 cases recovered in terms of temperature and heart rate and discharged while 2 cases complicated ventricular fibrillation and died.关键词
