远志总皂苷对神经干细胞向神经元分化的影响
Effects of Polygalaceae Saponins on Neural Stem Cell Differentiation into Neurons

Abstract
Objective: To observe the effects of polygalaceae saponins (TEN) on neural stem cells (NSCs) differentiation into neurons. Methods: NSCs were isolated from rat hippocampus, cultured and identified. TEN with a final concentration of 5 μg/mL, 20 μg/mL, and 100 μg/mL was respectively used to induce differentiation of NSCs. The expression of neuron specific enolase (NSE) was detected by cell immunocytochemistry at days 1 and 3 after induction.Results: Primary and sub-cultured cells proliferated to form neurospheres. After treatment by TEN for 1 or 3 days, the expression of NSE was significantly increased (P<0.01). Conclusion:TEN can enhence the differentiation of the hippocampal NSCs into neurons.关键词
