补肾化瘀方对PCOS大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞CYP450表达的影响
Effects of Bushen Huayu decoction on protein expression of CYP450 in ovarian granulosa cells in PCOS rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of Bushen Huayu decoction (BHD) on protein expression of CYP450 in ovarian granulosa cells in PCOS rats.Method BHD was used to interpose the rats and the protein expression of CYP450 was determined with immunohistochemical method.Results Compared with normal group, the protein expression of CYP450 in model group was lower (P＜0.01); and in high, middle and low dosages of BHD groups and western medicine group were obviously higher(P＜0.01 or P＜0.05), in which, in middle dosage of BHD group was best.Conclusion BHD can increase the protein expression of CYP450 in PCOS rats, regulate the maladjustment of incretion balance and improve hyperandrogenemia, restore the abnormal growth of folliole and ensure the success of ovulation.关键词
