阿勒泰地区莱姆病螺旋体分子流行病学调查研究
Molecular Epidemiological Studies on Borrelia burgdorferii from Aletai Region of Xinjiang Autonomous Region

Abstract
Ticks were collected by dragging a piece of cloth over the vegetation from Altay region of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Borrelia burgdorferii sensu lato infection in ticks was detected with nested-PCR targeting 5S-23S rRNA intergenic spacer of B. burgdorferii. The genotypes from positive samples were identified based on RFLP. Indirect immunofluorescent asssy ( IFA) was employed to test the antibodies ( IgG) against Lyme disease spirochete and a questionnaire survey was performed to collect the associated information. A total of 990 ticks were collected and tested for evidence of B. burgdorferii infection , 112 samples showed positive results , the positive rate averaged 11. 31% . The positive rates were significantly different among tick species, with the highest positive rates found in Dermacentor silvarum. RFLP analysis indicated that B. burgdorferii in ticks belonged to either B. garinii or B. afzelii genotype. Infection of at least two genotypes of B. burgdorferii existed in both human beings and tick vectors in Altay region.关键词
