Abstract
Geostationary communication satellite has many advantages, and it is the element of communication satellite constellations mostly.Each satellite in the constellation has different influence on specifically stricken field.A new assessment method based on the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSLS) is proposed to evaluate the synthesis capability of geostationary communication satellite, according to it, the relative significance of each satellite in the constellation is known.Firstly, the paper introduces the course of evaluation.Then, build the synthesis capability system on the basis of the characteristic of geostationary communication satellite.Secondly, introduce the TOPSIS model in detail.Finally, through an emulating example, proving the method that utilizing the TOPSIS to evaluate the synthesis capability of geostationary communication satellite is feasible.关键词
