摘要
Abstract
In order to evaluate the standard of military equipment readiness rationality, the article builds an evaluation index system of military equipment readiness, and proposes an evaluation model based on the improved principle component analysis. Improved principle components analysis can eliminate not only the impact of the magnitude and dimensional indicator, but also can contain all the information of raw data. By applying this method, original variables are transformed into principal components and the criteria can be obtained without subjective factors at the same time, reflecting the natural relation of each criterion. By introducing instance, it's proved that the method makes the evaluation of military equipment readiness rapidly and currently, and it is very important to lead the direction of military equipment readiness construction.关键词
