摘要

Abstract

The original strain LG-3 was mutated by ultraviolet radiation and diethyl sulfate, and screened in culture dish having high concentration of sulfaguanidine or ( NH4 )2SO4.A strain LG-65 was obtained for producing 43.5 g/L of L-glutamine.The fermentation conditions were further optimized, the yield reached 47 -48 g/L in shaker flask for 72 h and reached 55 g/L cultivated in 7 L fermentor for 40 h.
