带鱼下脚料水解物对大鼠血管内皮损伤的影响
Effects of hydrolysates of hairtail offcuts on vascular endothelial cell damages in injured rats
摘要
Abstract
By detecting the pharmacological effects of protein hydrolysates of hairtail offcuts, a theoretical basis was provided for the development and utilization of hairtail offcuts.The big rat was feed with the hairtail offcuts hydrolysates with 3-enzyme mixture which caused endothelial injury by adrenaline hydyochloride.The changes in VEGF and vWF levels were detected in the rat serum.Compared the group with no control group and experimental radiation group, experimental treatment showed that VEGF and vWF levels were significantly different.The vascular endothelial injury model was established by inject adrenaline hydrochloride.The hairtail offcuts hydrolysates had no evident affects, and had obvious promoter action for damage bast repair.关键词
