Abstract
The medical library consortium of US based on national level, built in 1970s, has scientific management, operational model and advanced service philosophy, which greatly promoted the sharing of medical information resources and can be called paradigm. Through the empirical research on hospital libraries of Hubei province, this paper reveals several obstacles in medical staff using the resources of library effectively: imperfect collection resources' security system, lack of resources, digitization and network construction lag, low librarians' quality and so on. So we propose several suggestions on improving the using of medical information resources, based on the unified planning of regional medical informationization.关键词
