摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To observe the effect of retention enema of Sulfasalazine combined with uhrafine particle of Four Miraculous Herbs Pill in treating ulcerative colitis(UC) with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney.[Methods]Seventy-eight patients with UC were divided into treatment group (40 cases) and control group (38 cases), both groups were treated with omi suffasalazine and the treatment group were added with retained enema of ultrafine particle of Four Miraculous Herbs Pill.The differences of TCM Symptom scores and Sutherland disease activity index were compared.[Results]Both treatment can significantly improve efficiency, reduce TCM symptom scores, control the disease activity (P＜O.O5).The therapeutic effect of treatment group was better than that of control.[Conclusion]Retention enema of Sulfasalazine combined with ultrafine particle of Four Miraculous Herbs Pill can improve efficiency, reduce TCM symptom scores, control disease activity in treatment of ulcerative colitis with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney.关键词
