Abstract
Objective: To analyze the clinical effects of maxillary sinus augmentation with immediate or delayed implant placement. Methods: 49 patients underwent the maxillary sinus lift with implantation from April 2003 to December 2009. The following-up time was 1～7 years. The data obtained were statistically analyzed using life tables.Results: No patients missed follow-up. 28 patients underwent maxillary sinus lift with simultaneous implants placement and 51 implants were placed. 21 patients underwent maxillary sinus lift with delayed implants placement and 36implants were placed. The cumulated survival rate was 96.67％、 100％ respectively and there was no statistic difference.Conclusion: There was no significant difference between maxillary sinus augmentations with simultaneous or delayed placement implants.关键词
