Abstract
Objective To study the effects of the combination of vasopressin and epinephrin in cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods 42 cardiac arrest patients who were given the treatment of combination of vasopressin and cpincphrin were grouped as the treatment group, and the other 44 cardiac arrest patients who were given standard doses of adrenaline treatment as control group. Then, the recovery rates and recovery time of spontaneous circulation, spontaneous breathing and nerve consciousness were observed respectively. The survival rate and the blood pressure after recovery, and so on were also observed. Results The recovery rates of spontaneous circulation, spontaneous breathing and nerve consciousness were 66.67％, 42.86％ and 28.57％ respectively in treatment group, which were significantly higher than the rates of 34.09％, 22.73％ and 11.36％ in control group. The survival rate and the mean arterial pressure after recovery in treatment group were 28.57％ and (84.54±26.25) mmHg, which were also significantly higher than 11.36％ and (64.12±24.97) mmHg in the control group. Conclusion Compared with single using of adrenaline in cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the combination of vasopressin and epinephrin can significantly improve the recovery rates of spontaneous circulation, spontaneous breathing and nerve consciousness. The survival rate and mean arterial pressure after recovery are raised significantly as well.关键词
