摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate efficacy and safety of middle warming stomach harmonizing method for breast cancer patient, who present vomiting following chemotherapy. Methods: This is a randomized study: 50 TCM method treated patients and 50 Ondansetron Hydrochloride Tablets treated patients, in terms of symptoms and heart, liver, kidney functions. Results: Effective rate for the treatment group was 90％, in comparison to that of control group 72％ ( P ＜0.05 ). Treatment group scored higher in KPS, not statistically significant. Conclusion: middle warming stomach harmonizing method, representing by Fuzi Middle harmonizing Decoction, has confirmed effect and safety for vomiting following chemotherapy in patient with breast cancer.关键词
