Abstract
Objective: A three-dimension finite element model was built to investigate the stress distribution on the implant-bone interface and the deviation of displacement of implant in four bones with different cortical bone thicken on two different loadings, and assess the biomechanical properties of implants with different bone density in the uncoupled and splinted crown, thus to provide reference for molar restoration in clinics. Methods: This study built simplified eight different mandible models. A three-dimension finite element analysis method was used. Two dental implants in the shape of cylinder (4.0x13 mm) and thread (4.8x10 nun) were implanted into the mandibular bone at the position of the first molar and the second molar with different cortical bone thickness. A force load of 100 N vertically and a force load of 45 N under 45° lingually inclined to occlusal were applied relatively to study the stress distribution on the implant-bone interface and the deviation of displacement of implant. Results: ①Maximum Von-mises stress values were manifested as Vs > VL.when different repair modes were used in the same bone. ②When different repair modes were used in homologous bone, the max-values of displacement were manifested as Ds > DL. Conclusion: Splinted crown is a better choice for molars restoration.关键词
