急性损伤对大鼠脊髓血管内皮生长因子受体表达的影响
Expression of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor in rat spinal cord following acute injury

Abstract
Objective To investigate the time course of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (Flt-1, Flk-1) expression in rats spinal cord following acute injury. Methods The spinal cord injury model was made by modulated Allen's weight drop method. The expressions of Flt-1,Flk-1 were assayed by using immunohistochemical staining. Results Flt-1, Flk-1 expressions were up-regulated at 12 hours after the injury, and they reached the peak at 24 hours. On 7 days after the injury, the expressions decreased. The expressions were mainly in astrocytes, and next in vascular endothelial cells and macrophages. The positive cells of Flk-1 were more than those of Flt-1. Conclusion Acute injury can induce the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor. Vascular endothelial growth factor and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor may play an important role in acute spinal cord injury by the maintenance and induction of growth of vascular endothelial cells.关键词
