老年维持性血液透析患者C反应蛋白与营养不良的关系
Relationship between C-reactive protein and malnutriton in elderly maintenance hemodialysis patients

Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between C-reactive protein and malnutriton in elderly maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients. Methods Subjective global assessment was used to evaluate the nutritional status in 45 MHD patients. Serum C-reactive protein (CRP), albumin (Alb), pre-albumin (PA), transferrin (TF), and hemoglobin (Hb) were measured. The patients were divided into normal CRP group (CRP≤ 8 mg/L) and elevated CRP group (CRP ＞ 8 mg/L). Results Compared with normal CRP group, elevated CRP group had a higher incidence of malnutrition (70.4 ％ vs 38.9 ％ , P＜ 0.05) and lower level of Alb, PA, TF and Hb (P ＜ 0.05). Moreover, the level of CRP was negatively correlated with Alb, PA, TF and Hb, respectively . Conclusions Malnutrition and inflammation were very common among elderly MHD patients and the inflammatory reaction was closely related to malnutrition.关键词
