涡流纱机织产品的生产体会
Experience of Producing Vortex Yarn Woven Product
摘要
Abstract
Production processing characteristic of vortex yarn woven product were discussed.Breaking strengths and hairiness of same fineness vortex yarn, traditional ring spun yarn and rotor yarn were tested, the three kinds yarns were used in woven product respectively.Practice shows that comparing to traditional ring spun yarn and rotor yarn,vortex yarn hairiness is lower, evenness is better,loom demand could be reached by lower sizing percentage and energy consumption in weaving is lower.关键词
