摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the quality of life and its correlated factors in patients with anxiety disorders.Methods: One hundred and sixty three patients with anxiety disorders and 162 healthy controls were assessed by the World Health Organization Quality of Life Brief Questionnaire (WHOQOL-BREF) , Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) , Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI).Results: Every dimension and total score of WHOQOL-BREF in patients with anxiety disorders were significantly lower than those in controls (P ＜0.01).Moreover, the scores of SAS, SDS and PSQI in patients with anxiety disorders were negatively correlated with WHOQOL-BREF (P ＜0.01).Conclusion: Patients with anxiety disorders have poor quality of life, which is influenced by depression, anxiety and sleep quality.关键词
