摘要

Abstract

High dispersed aqueous nano-TiO2 emulsion was prepared with one-step synthesis by hydrothermal method.The effect of dispersant on structure and properties of nano-TiO2 was investigated, and its application on textile was studied.The results showed that, the addition of dispersants could increase the stability of the solution in the emulsion preparation process.Meanwhile, different dispersants would affect crystal structure, mean size and photocatalytic properties of nano-TiO2.The cotton fabric treated by nano-TiO2 had a strong photocatalytic property.Ability of degradating formaldehyde, anti-bacterial and anti-UV properties of cotton fabrics after finishing were significantly increased.
