Abstract
The pigment printing binder was prepared by modifying polyacrylate with octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane (D4).The pre-polymerization time and dosage of silicone, catalyst and its dosage and dosage of vinyl trimethoxysilane (VTMS) were investigated.The results showed that an excellent silicone-modified polyacrylate emulsion with good application property could be obtained after the grafting modification of polyacrylate using 1.5％(on the weight of D4) of inorganic acid A as catalyst, 5％ of D4 and VTMS (on the weight of polyacrylate) within 1.0％of VTMS (on the weight of D4), the pre-polymerization time was 180 min.关键词
