Abstract
Fe3+ and La3+ co-doped nano-TiO2 was prepared by sol-gel method.The photocatalytic activity was investigated using C.l.Reactive Red 15 as target degradation product.The structure, crystal type and photoabsorption range of TiO2 were characterized by thermogravimevic analysis (TG), X-ray diffraction (XRD), electronic microscopy and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectra (DRS).The results showed that the co-doped TiO2 presented anatase crystal form with about 15 nm of grain size when it was calcined at 500 ℃ for 3 h.The absorption band of Fe3+_La3+/TiO2 occurred red shift, which expanded the scope of its spectral response.Through the photocatalysis degradation simulation experiments, it was found that the degradation rate of co-dopad TiO2 for Reactive Red 15 reached 98.9%, which had high phoiocatalytic activity.关键词
