摘要

Abstract

With the implementation of smart grid, in order to avoid data transmitted among power dispatching centers, power plants and users being altered or forged which will cause power system accident, authentication architecture is designed. A scheme named as smart power dispatching digital certificate system (SPDCert) was proposed by adopting PKI technology, OpenSSL, dual certification mechanism,OCSP protocol and role based privilege management. The scheme provides authentication, certificate generation and message encrypted transmission, and supports real-time online certificate query and ensure its own running security. The system can be easily applied to the smart grid power dispatching system and enhance security of dispatching system.
