Abstract
Objective To discuss the surgical method for complex hepatic duct lithiasis and stricture.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients who underwent surgery for complex hepatic duct lithiasis and stricture in our hospital from January 2005 to January 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.The postoperative complication and recurrence after taking Chinese medicine or Xiao Yan Li Dan tablets were observed.Results The surgeries of all 60 patients were successful.Lithiasis residues were found in 11 cases by B-ultrasonography, T-tube photography and CT examination and were removed by choledochoscope 3 ～ 8 times through sinus tract.One case of hemobilia and one case of wound infection were found after the surgery but both recovered after conservative treatment.During the follow-up, all cases were normal according to the results of B-ultrasonography except one cases of recurrence one year after the treatment.Conclusion Surgical treatment is an effective method for complex complex hepatic duct lithiasis and stricture.关键词
