青年人正常颈椎旋转功能的CT研究

Abstract
Objective To ascertain the rotation angle, displacement of the cervical transverse foramen and motion of the lateral atlantoaxial joint while cervical spine rotating. Methods Totally 50 healthy volunteers at age of 16 to 20 years were selected. CT scan of the cervical spine was made at orthotope, maximum laevo-rotation and dextro-rotation position. The angles of occipital bone and each cervical vertebrae with horizontal line , the coordinate values of each transverse foramen, the entire area of inferior articular surface of the atlantoaxial joint and its non-covered area with superior articular surface were measured. The practical rotated angle of each cervical vertebrae and their percentage in the angle between the occipital bone and the first thoracic vertebra, the practical displacement distance of each transverse foramen when rotate and the dislocation percentage of lateral atlantoaxial joint were calculated. Results When cervical spine performing maximum laevo and dextro rotation, the rotated angle between the occipital bone and the first thoracic vertebra were (69.9° ±4.6°) and (69.6°±7.1°) ,the first cervical vertebra accounted for (60.57 ±7.64)% and (56.28 ± 10.0)%. The posterior displacement distance of left and right transverse forarnen were ( 13.03 ± 4.03 ) mm and (9.80 ± 3.08 ) mm; inward displacement distance were ( 15.74 ± 2.76 ) mm and ( 13.97 ± 5.90) mm; displacement distance towards anterior direction on opposite side were ( 18.57 ± 3.72) mm and ( 16.27 ± 2.79 )mm; displacement distance towards inside on opposite side were (17.72 ± 6.49) mm and (18.47 ± 4.09) mm. The dislocation percentage of left and right atlantoaxial joint were ( 57.34 ± 7.06) % and (60.28 ± 8.51 ) %, dislocation percentage of atlantoaxial joint on opposite side were (75.53 ± 8.54) % and (77.49 ± 8.13) %. Conclusion CT is a convenient and acurate method for studying rotate function of the cervical spine in vivo. The data obtained from normal cervical spine can be served as reference to the study when the cervical spine in abnormal condition.关键词
