摘要
Abstract
On the basis of the condition and characteristics of water resources in Northwest China, the paper analyzes the existing problems in water resource development and utilization. Meanwhile, some fundamental principles of scientific utilization and management of water resources in Northwest China are also discussed in this paper. Ultimately, the author ends this thesis by proposing some legislative proposals on scientific utilization and management of water resources in Northwest China.关键词
