摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the reliable indicators of operation timing of strangulated intestinal obstruction. Methods A retrospective study of 65 patients with simple intestinal obstruction and 55 patients with strangulated intestinal obstruction was done.. All patients were confirmed by operation. Indicators including body temperature, pulse abdominal pain, abdominal distension, result of peritoneocentesis, leukocyte count, C-reactive protein, D-dimer, CT finding and shock were observed and recorded. Te relationship between the indicators and the operation timing of strangulated intestinal obstruction was analyzed with SPSS statistical analysis software package. Results In simple intestinal obstruction group, three patients (4.62％) met two of the above indicators and nobody met three or more of the above indicators. In strangulated intestinal obstruction group,twenty patients (36.36％) met two of the above indicators and twenty five (45.45％) patients met three or more of the above indicators, Conclusion Once a patient with intestinal obstruction meet two or more of the above indicators, he or she most likely has strangulated occurred, hence the patients should be treated carefully and operated in time.关键词
