摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the diagnostic value of color doppler flow imaging (CDFI) and CT angiography (CTA) on posterior circulation ischemia(PCI). Methods The eIaminations of CDFI and CTA were took in 40 PIC patients,then the rusults were compared. Results Positive rate by CDFI was 90％ (36 cases) ,and by CTA was 92.5％ (37 cases). There was no significant difference between them. By CDFI eIamination, the vertebral artery were out of shape or twisted in 16 cases, vertebral artery stenosis in 12 cases, vertebral artery intima plaques in 7 cases, and absence of vertebral artery in 1 cases. By CTA eIaminations,the abnormal of vertebral artery was found in 29 cases,abnormal of basilar artery was found in 8 cases. Conclusions CDFI and CTA can reflect variations of vascular morphology and hemodynamics at a different angle. They are helpful to diagnosis of PCI if both methods combine.关键词
