超声法制备金掺杂的纳米YBa2Cu3O7材料研究
Preparation of YBCO with nano-Au-doping by ultrasonic process
摘要
Abstract
YBCO bulk material by high temperature solid state reaction was milled and dispersed by ultrasonic process in alcohol solvent and nanoscale YBCO/alcohol sol was obtained. Then it was mixed with nano-Au sol and YBCO doped with Au materials were prepared after concentration and drying. The results show that the nanoparticles form nano chain in YBCO / ethanol sol doped with nano-Au. The degree of crystallization of YBCO is increased by doping with an appropriate amount of Au. Doped with 0. 025 % ~ 0. 500% by weight percentage of Au, the Tc of Au/YBCO materials are 93. 84~92.01 K, but the superconductivity disappear with 1 % of Au. The Tc YBCO doped with Au will be improved accordingly if the amount of Au can be further controlled.关键词
