武汉地区气候条件下四川白鹅和朗德鹅产肉性能和肌肉成分的比较
Comparison of meat production and composition between Sichuan white geese and Landse geese in Wuhan area

Abstract
99 goslings of Sichuan white geese and goslings of 99 Landes geese providing sufficiently green grass and limiting formula feedstuff were assigned to 3 replicates of 33geese, respectively.All geese were reared in pens.The weight, feed conversion ratio and survival rate were 2697.5 g and 4002.6 g, 3.10 and 3.23, 71.0% and 95.50% in 10th weeks, respectively.The results of eviscerated percentage, semi-eviscerated percentage, percentage of pectoralis muscle and leg muscle of Sichuan white geese was 0.86%, 0.80%, 0.10%, 0.66% higher than those of Landes geese(P>0.05), respectively.Percentage of subcutaneous fat of Sichuan white geese was 3.87% higher than that of Iandes geese(P<0.01).Crude protein in muscle of Landes Geese was 1.06%higher than that of Sichuan white geese(P< 0.05).Intramuscular fat of Landes geese was 2.32% higher than that of Sichuan white geese(P<0.01).Moisture of Sichuan white geese was 2.75% higher than that of Landes geese(P<0.05).The results indicated that the adaption and meat performance of Landes geese was better than those of Sichuan white geese in Wuhan.关键词
