某院注射用骨肽和鹿瓜多肽注射液临床使用情况调研
Analysis of Ossotide Injection and Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection Used in a Hospital

Abstract
Objective To investigate the use of Ossotide Injection and Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection and to evaluate the rationality of drug use in a 3A hospital. Methods One hundred and sixty-one inpatients' records were randomly selected from September 2009 to October 2009 in the spinal surgery of a 3A hospital, and the use of Ossotide Injection and Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection was investigated. Results One hundred and twelve prescriptions were Ossotide Injection and(or) Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection, all of the use of Ossotide Injection were not according to the instructions; twenty-one records of the use of Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection were according to the instructions;the course of the treatment, dosage and compatibility were unreasonable. Conclusion There is unreasonable application of Ossotide Injection and Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection on spine surgery in the hospital.Training the doctor to use drugs reasonably should be strengthened, and the effective management mechanism should be established.关键词
