Abstract
Objective To analyze the manifestations of hospital irrational drug use. Methods By retrieving CNKI full-text database from 2000 to 2009 with “hospital” and “irrational drug use” as key words,a total of 50 research papers related to irrational drug use were obtained and were summarized analytically. Results The irrational drug use in our hospital manifested predominantly as irrational usage and dosage and irrational selection of drugs, followed by unreasonable compatibility of drugs, abuse of drugs and others. Conclusion In view of the above manifestations, it's urgent for hospitals to regulate rational drug use and set up a set of index system and evaluation methods to ensure rational drug use so that the patients could get safe, effective and economical medical treatment.关键词
