摘要
Abstract
Objective To set up an RP- HPLC method for the content determination of Ligustrazine Phosphate Tablets. Methods The XDB-C18 column(150. 0mm ×4. 6 mm, 6 μm) was used as the separation column. The mobile phase was methanol- 1％ acetic acid (35:65).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the detection wavelength was 295 mn. The comparison test was carried out with ultra-violet spectrophotometry. Results The retention time of ligustrazine phosphate was 6. 82 min. The good linear relationship was shown within the range of 5-40 μg/mL( r=0. 999 8, n=6) for the concentrations of ligustrazine phosphate. The average recovery rate was 99.02％, RSD =0. 46％ (n=6). Conclusion The method is convenient, rapid, accurate and well reproducible, which may be used for the content determination of Ligustrazine Phosphate Tablets.关键词
