摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a Charge Transfer- Synchronous Fluorimetry method for directly determinating the content of amikacin in serum.Methods The internal hormones in human serum emit strong fluorescence and interfere with the determination of trace amikacin.However, the experiments indicate that synchronous fluorimetry can be the determination of trace amikacin without interference.Results The linear range was 175.65 - 878.25 μg/L, determination limit was 33.387 μg/L, the recovery rate was 95.7% ~ 100.4%, and the relative standard deviation was 3.5% -4.4%.Conclusion The Charge Transfer- Synchronous Fluorimetry method is simple, quick and accurate.关键词
