区域城乡建设用地统筹效益灰色关联度差异分析
Analysis of gray related degree differences in balancing regional urban and rural constructive land

Abstract
Balancing land use between urban and rural area is an expression of coordination in constructive land use index of urban and rural area, and it is the important manner of improving intensive utilization level of urban and rural land. This paper takes Lanzhou City as the researching object, analyzes the changes of constructive land and cultivated land in the urban and rural area during 2003～2005. We constructed the appraisal indicator system, calculated the gray related degree adopting gray comprehensive appraisal method, compared the differences among the gray related degrees, and gave some suggestions on improving gray related degrees. The results show that the cultivated land areas are decreasing and the constructive land areas are increasing. The benefit of balancing in urban is better than that in rural, and Lanzhou City has great potential,especially in counties. To improve the benefit of balancing constructive land in urban and rural area, we should improve the degree of association between the following three aspects: elastic index of population and constructive land; index of urbanization of constructive land; index of coordination between urban and rural constructive land. We should on one hand bring the growth of population under control, and on the other hand improve the density of population on constructive land, intensify the reorganization and transformation of rural settlement.关键词
