从现代文献探讨多囊卵巢综合征的中医证候及证候要素分布特点
Investigation on Distributed Feature of TCM Syndrome and Syndrome Elements about Polycystic Ovary Syndrome from Modern Literature

Abstract
Objective To probe into the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and their elements distributions in polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods Literatures on polycystic ovary syndrome in past 15 years were collected, and a database was set up by using Eexcel.The frequencies of syndromes and their elements were analyzed.Results Out of the 36 syndromes obtained from the standardization of syndrome nomenclature, the top three were kidney asthenia and phlegm-blood stasis,kidney asthenia and phlegm-dampness, kidney asthenia and blood stasis.There were 16 single syndromes,deficiency of kidney yang, phlegm-dampness and blood stasis were the top three.Kidney, liver and spleen were the top three of all the 5 disease locations.Yang deficiency, phlegm-dampness and yin deficiency were the top three pathogenicity types.Conclusion Viscera that polycystic ovary syndrome refered to were mainly kidney, liver and spleen.Single syndrome was mainly kidney asthenia (kidney yang deficiency,kidney yin deficiency), phlegm-dampness and blood stasis.The compound syndromes that composed by single syndromes were more.It was showed that the pathology characteristics of polycystic ovary syndrome was complexity.关键词
