摘要

Abstract

To study on the hybrid system in the hydraulic excavator in theory and find out the effective approach which can be used to achieve energy saving and lower emissions, a real 20t excavator was analyzed and the hybrid system simulation model of it was built base on AMEsim.The power chart in the typical digging operation was worked out by experiment.According to the characteristic of its work condition, a quasi-stable work point control strategy basing on the prediction of work condition was proposed,which was applied to the simulation model.Simulation result indicate that the control strategy can effectively restrain the variation range of the capacitor SOC, keep the stable work point of engine and improve the fuel economy of the engine.
