摘要

Abstract

The method to convey liquid lead to continuous casting machine for battery grids is studied. According to the liquid lead temperature meeting requirement of continuously casting, a pipe conveying liquid lead that could be using in continuous casting machine is designed, considering the effects of heating and insulation. And a mechanism of stabilizing pressure liquid lead is presented,that consisting of a pressure wave reduction chamber and two pipe joints. The mechanism can reduce the pressure fluctuation effectively, and the quality of grids is improved.
