复方大承气汤联合针刺治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻30例

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of Compound Dachengqi decoction(大承气汤) and acupuncture used to treat patients with early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction (EPISBO).Methods Fifty-six patients with EPISBO were divided into the combination therapy group (30 eases) and Western medicine treatment group (28 cases). The results of the two groups were compared. Results In the therapy group, there were 28 cases cured (93.33％).There were 18 cases cured (69.23％) in the Western treatment group with statistically significant differences between the two groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion The effect of using Compound Dachengqi decoction and acupuncture to treat EPISBO is definite.关键词
