Abstract
Objective To understand the characteristics and law of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) occurrence for promoting rational drug use in clinic. Methods 532 cases reported and collected in our hospital in 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Combining with Excel spreadsheets and manual screening, the statistical analysis was performed on gender, age, drug type, route of administration, adverse reactions and clinical manifestations. Results Most of ADRs were induced by antibiotics, accounting for 40. 79％ (216 cases). 427 cases were caused by intravenous drip, accounting for 80.26％.The injuries of skin and accessories were most common, accounting for 36. 84％ (196 cases).Conclusion ADR monitoring should be attached importance in clinic, especially the observation on the medication course in the elderly.Antimicrobial agents should be rationally used to prevent or reduce the occurrence of ADR.关键词
