正交试验优选苦参生物碱提取工艺研究
Orthogonal Optimization of Extraction Process of Sophora Alkaloid
摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Sophora alkaloids in Sophora flavescens Ait. by orthogonal design. Methods The optimum extraction condition was investigated by orthogonal design and the extraction quantity of matrine and oxymatrine was regarded as the investigated index. Results The optimal extraction process was as follows: refluxing herbs for 3 times with 12, 10, 10 times of 60％ alcohol, two hours for each time. Conclusion The optimized process is stable and suitable for industrial manufacture.关键词
